We partner with local volunteer ministries serving the Upstate NY area. If your ministry is in need of financial assistance, please complete our form at least 60 days prior to your event. If you are re-applying for Fully Alive, Houses of Healing, Power Source or REC, please complete our Recurring Financial Request Application and attach it to the form below.
